Tunisia strongly condemns terrorist attack in Egypt

Tunisia strongly condemned Monday’s terrorist attack that targeted a security checkpoint in el-Arish, North Sinai (Egypt) and killed several security forces members.

“Tunisia strongly condemns this heinous crime and reaffirms its full solidarity with Egypt and its government in its fight against terrorism,” a Foreign Ministry press release reads.

At least 10 were killed and 23 injured when a truck filled with explosives rammed a security checkpoint in el-Arish on Monday, according to Egyptian security sources.
