UK Trade Envoy, Egypt’s ABA to meet Wednesday on enhancing joint cooperation

Egypt’s Alexandria Business Association (ABA) is set to host UK Trade Envoy to Egypt, Jeffrey Donaldson on Wednesday to discuss means of enhancing mutual cooperation within the upcoming period.

ABA Chairman Marwan El-Sammak stated that the association is set to sign a number of cooperation agreements with the British side in the attendance of UK Ambassador to Cairo, John Casson.

Donaldson and Casson met Sunday with Egyptian Prime Minister Sherief Ismail to enhance UK-Egyptian trade deals with up to £500m in financing or insurance, money that could directly help the Egyptian government or businesses gain access to world-class good and services provided by British companies.
