Unified Compulsory Motor Insurance Policy Is Launched Tomorrow

 The unified compulsory motor insurance policy will be effective by the beginning of April, said officials at the outlets selling insurance policies at Nasr City Traffic Station.

However, the policies, that will cover the third-party liability, were not distributed to all outlets of traffic stations in Cairo, the officials added.

Most customers are not aware of the importance of compulsory insurance because there is lack of insurance awareness in general, they noted.

The Insurance Federation of Egypt issues the unified, watermarked insurance policies so as to thwart fraud attempts conducted by some violators in the last period.
