Urban Community: Real Estate Co. Should Participate in Amending Regulation

New Urban Community Authority, subordinated to the ministry of housing, called on the real estate companies to send their suggestions over amending the real estate regulation; aiming at involving all the dealers with the authority in paraphrasing the regulation.

Maj. Gen. Kamal El-Din Hussein, Senior Deputy to the authority, said it is not necessary to rapidly paraphrase the regulation; as it is not regularly amended.

On the other hand, Hussein elaborated that there is an available plan the authority is studying now. The study is about connecting the new city with the new transportation means, the ground is the most import which will go to Oct. 6 City, and the another one will go to New Cairo city.

He mentioned that delaying the discussion of the budget between the authority and housing ministry, due to the dissolution of the Lower House of Parliament, doesn’t worry the authority; particularly it is subordinated to the state. He added that finishing the units of “Ebne Baytek” (Build your House) project will be finished within 2 months.

Hussein said working in the project in Oct. 6 city is continuing pursuant to the settled plan. The seventh district will be finished next July.
