Vodafone signs $1.5 bln deal with Microsoft

Vodafone group signed a new 10-year strategic partnership worth $1.5 billion with Microsoft to offer a set of advanced services to businesses and consumers across Europe and Africa, according to Vodafone statement on Tuesday.

The companies will collaborate to bring generative artificial intelligence (AI), digital, enterprise and cloud services to more than 300 million businesses and consumers across the aforementioned markets.

The digital services generated by the new partnership will use the latest generative AI technology to provide a highly personalised and differentiated customer experience across multiple channels, the statement said.
