Xceed Eyes to Expand TE’s Buildings in Smart Village this Year

Xceed contact center is aiming to expand its services through the owned buildings for Telecom Egypt (TE)(ETAL-CA) in smart village within the current year.

Mr. Maged Taher, CEO of Xceed asserted that the new buildings comes among the expansion plan of the company which depends on boosting the numbers of employees, noting that the most prominent works TE Data and Directory Services.

Taher has informed Amwal Al Ghad that his company didn’t reach to final agreement with TE until now regarding the new buildings, expecting to complete them within days.

Xceed obtained COPC 5.0 international certificate for the seventh year for all Smart Village’s and Maadi’s headquarters, as result of applying the required quality standards professionalism globally and this affirms the company’s  strong expertise in outsourcing and call centers fields.
