10th of Ramadan’s investments hit 4.3 bln pounds so far this year: Minister

Egypt has so far injected investments of 4.395 billion Egyptian pounds ($248.4 million) into a bunch of projects in 10th of Ramadan City during the financial year 2017/2018, said Housing Minister Moustafa Madbouly on Thursday.

Established in 1977, 10th of Ramadan is one of the largest industrial cities in Cairo and is located on Cairo-Ismailia desert highway road, 46km (29 miles) from Cairo and 20km (12 miles) from Belbeis City in Sharqia Governorate.

The country is currently carrying out a number of infrastructure flagships in the city, with total investments estimated at 1.7 billion pounds, announced 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority’s head Adel Al Naggar.
