3 Former Egyptian Ministers pay EGP7 mln For Reconciliation

The former minister of housing Ahmed Al Maghrabi, the former minister of information Anas El-Feki, the former minister of interior Habib Al Adly and Tarek Fathy Sorour paid the state EGP 7milion which represent difference in price of the apartments and villas they got form the businessman Hesham Talaat Moustafa

The former ministers had got the apartments of Talat Mustafa Group in Cities; San Stefano in Alexandria, Nile Plaza which the state contributes in; this is through general banks’ funding in these projects with lower value that its real. The ministers got apartments and villas in “San Stefano” project with lower value than the real. In “Nile Plaza” project, they got apartments with discount higher than the permissible by law and also with low prices that don’t suit the market prices.
