Egypt’s building materials exports fall 6% in 10 months

Egypt’s exports of building materials decreased during the January-October 2019 period by around six percent to $4.1 billion from $4.4 billion during the same period in 2018.

In October, exports of building materials rose three percent to $459 million against $446 million iduring the same month last year, according Building Materials Exports Council’s monthly report.

Total exports of metallurgical industries went down by 8.9 percent to $3 billion last October versus $3.3 billion during the same period in 2018.
