Global coronavirus recoveries surpass 1 million

The number of global coronavirus recoveries has surpassed 1 million on Wednesday, according to data from Worldometer.

This is encouraging news amid all the gloom that has surrounded the world over the coronavirus outbreak that has infected over 3.2 million people and killed over 228,270 across the globe.

The United States has the highest number of recoveries with nearly 147,000, followed by Spain of more than 132,000, and Germany of over 123,000, Worldometer data showed.
