Egypt reports 1,567 new coronavirus cases, 94 deaths on Tuesday

Egypt reported on Tuesday 1,567 new coronavirus cases, taking the toll to 47,856, according to a health ministry statement.

The country also declared 94 new deaths that took the tally of virus fatalities to 1,766. However, the total number of recoveries has risen to 12,730 on Tuesday from 12,329 on Monday, the statement said.
