Egypt confirms 176 new coronavirus cases, 11 deaths

Egypt reported 176 new coronavirus cases on Friday, bringing the total infection tally to 107,376 since the outbreak began in February, the health ministry said.

The health ministry also reported 11 new deaths, bringing the total number of deaths from the virus to 6,258.

The statement said that 80 patients have been discharged after recovering from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 99,353.
