European markets briefing 28/04/2023

The European market closed high on Friday with London’s main index, FTSE, rising by 0.50 percent to gain 38.99 points. It closed at a value of 7,870.57, recording a day high value of 7,870.57 and a day low value of 7,791.63.

DAX, Germany’s main index, went up by 0.77 percent to reach a closing value of 15,922.38. It gained 121.93 points through the day’s trade, recording a day high value of 15,922.38 and a day low value of 15,688.17.

CAC 40, the French main index, inched up by 0.10  percent and gained 7.66 points to close at 7,491.50. The index recorded a day high value of 7,505.05 and a day low value of 7,403.20.
