Asian markets briefing 01/05/2023

The Asian markets remained high on Monday, with the Japanese main index rising by 0.92 percent to 29,123.18. The index gained 266.74 points, recording a day high value of 29,145.89 and a day low value of 29,016.83.

Both the Chinese market and the markets at Hong Kong did not trade today due to the International Labour Day holiday.
