The Egyptian Exchange closed low on Tuesday with the main index, EGX 30, falling by -0.40 percent to 17,479.94. The index lost 70.29 points, recording a day high value of 17,761.43 and a day low value of 17,441.68.

EGX 70 inched down by -1.25 percent and lost 43.15 points to close at 3,396.75. The index recorded a day high value of 3,463.30 and a day low value of 3,396.75.

EGX 30 Capped fell by -0.60 percent to 21,115.31 after it lost 130.79 points. It recorded a day high value of 21,462.93 and a day low value of 21,097.43.
