China’s Xiaomi launches new smartphone in Egypt

Chinese smartphone producer Xiaomi conducted a launch event for its newest 13T smartphone model in the Egyptian capital Cairo on Sunday, the company said in a statement on Monday.

During the ceremony which took place at the Grand Egyptian Museum, the company shows that the new device features a 50MP camera and updated imaging an algorithm, allowing it to capture everyday moments as well as shots of busy streets.

Xiaomi intends to continue expanding its partnership with Egypt and to provide Egyptian customers additional high-quality goods and services. The company’s objective to broaden its presence in the nation of North Africa through this launch.
