Crédit Agricole Egypt Reshuffles Board of Directors

Crédit Agricole Egypt has announced a reshuffle of its board of directors. Thierry Simon was appointed a member of the board representing Crédit Agricole CIB France, following Bertrand Levêque.

In addition, Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Rahman Eissa was named member of the board representing Misr Insurance Company, following Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud Youssef.

The bank stated in a notice that these decisions will be effective after the approval of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
