Egypt allocates EGP 222.2m for vocational training since 2003

Egypt’s Ministry of Labour announced that the training and qualification fund has spent a total of 222.2 million Egyptian pound on vocational training since its establishment in 2003.

The fund plays a key role in Egypt by training young people for in-demand jobs through various programmes and activities to prepare them for future professions.

Labour Minister Mohamed Gobran highlighted the vital role of the fund in enhancing training centres and equipping young people with the skills required in the job market. He highlighted vocational training as a top priority for Egypt’s new republic.
