Central Bank of Egypt’s gold holdings hit EGP545.310b in October ’24

The gold holdings of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) rose to 545.310 billion Egyptian pounds at the end of October 2024 from 517.147 billion in September.

According to the CBE’s monthly financial position report, the central bank reported a significant growth in its total assets, reaching 6.213 trillion Egyptian pounds by the end of October 2024, up from 6.090 trillion pounds in September.
