Egypt’s Housing Min. explores New Alamein hospitality investment with The Bench

Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Sherif El Sherbiny held a meeting with a representative from global hospitality investment firm The Bench to explore cooperation aimed at attracting hotel investors to New Alamein City.

The meeting, attended by officials from the ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), and City Edge Developments, discussed organising an international forum in New Alamein to bring together investors and leading global hotel companies.

El Sherbiny said the ministry is working to attract international investors and developers to implement a range of projects across multiple sectors. He noted that various incentives and mechanisms have been introduced to support and facilitate investment in New Alamein and other urban developments.
