Egyptian pound climbs against dollar by Sunday close
The Egyptian pound (EGP) rose against the US dollar (USD) on Sunday, June 29, 2025, according to data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
The CBE quoted the average buying rate at EGP 49.6456 and the selling rate at EGP 49.7447, compared with Wednesday’s rates of EGP 49.8591 for buying and EGP 49.9586 for selling.
