Venezuela’s President Nicolas Maduro has recalled his country’s ambassador in Egypt until further notice, calling for the restoration of Mohamed Morsi as president.

Speaking on state television, Maduro explained that he decided to recall the ambassador due to the “troubling situation in Egypt.”
