Egypt Bourse Continues to Shorten Trading Hours

The Egyptian bourse management said it will continue its activities on Monday, with the trading session shortened to three hours from four.

The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) will be resuming normally its sessions tomorrow but with trading hours shortened to three hours only instead of four. The trading sessions on Monday will shall be from 10:30 a.m. till 13:30 p.m. (08:30 – 11:30 GMT).

The Egyptian central bank (CBE) said the banks will open on Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (07:00 – 10:00 GMT).
