TMG’s The Spine wins Best New Mega Development Award at Amwal Al Ghad 2026

The Spine, the flagship new project by Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG), won the Best New Mega Development Award at the Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony 2026 on Monday, in recognition of its scale and role in advancing Egypt’s urban development sector.

The award highlights the growing significance of large-scale mixed-use developments in Egypt’s property market, as developers expand investments to meet rising demand for integrated urban communities.

The Spine, one of TMG’s latest mega projects, was recognised for its design, strategic planning and contribution to Egypt’s broader urban expansion strategy, reflecting the country’s push to build modern, sustainable cities and strengthen the real estate sector as a key pillar of economic growth.

Talaat Moustafa Group Holding has been one of Egypt’s largest developers, playing a central role in shaping the country’s real estate landscape through major residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

The award was presented during the 11th edition of the annual Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony in Cairo, held under the patronage of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly.

This year’s event, held under the theme “Leading the Narrative: Shaping the Future,” brought together senior government officials, investors and business leaders to recognise achievements across Egypt’s economic and corporate sectors.
