Cairo Court Adjourns Appeal of Ajwa’s Al Jaber to Nov 7

The third circuit at Cairo economic court has adjourned the hearing of an appeal lodged by Saudi businessman Mohamed bin Eissa Al Jaber, former chairman of Ajwa for Food Industries Co., till November 7.

The appeal is challenging the EGP 1 million fine imposed on Al Jaber in a lawsuit filed against him by the company’s shareholders on charges of manipulating insider data during the period from October 4-25, 2009.
