Cairo Contact Center Park in Maadi has called on many real estate developers who are operating in UAE market in order to invest and launch several numbers of new buildings in the region.
Eng. Mohamed AbdelWahab, Chairman at Cairo Contact Centers Park in Maadi, said the calling came on the sidelines of the recent visit of the Telecom Minister to UAE, asserting that the real estate developers in UAE have comprehensive experience and enable them to new buildings in the region with global designs.
He pointed out that the prices of Cairo Contact Centers are approach to world prices, noting that buildings meter prices are ranging between $11-13 per-meter monthly and 20-30% maintenance services.
He explained that the company has another type of allocation based on usufruct system for 49 years to ensure non-use of land areas for exploiting it in order to achieve capital profits.
In March 2008, Prime Minister decreed the establishment of the Cairo Contact Center Park in Maadi to host Egyptian and international BPO companies based on the usufruct system.
Upon the completion of all phases within four years, the project will facilitate 40,000 direct job opportunities and 100,000 indirect ones.
The first phase of the project involves three buildings where the Egyptian Raya and Xceed and the American Sykes companies are currently located, exporting their services across the globe from Egypt.
The first phase encompasses 2150 seats. It has offered 5200 direct job opportunities so far.
Cairo Contact Centers Park in Maadi a leading project adopted by MCIT in cooperation with General Authority for Investment and Cairo Governorate.
Egypt’s Post has 5 technological buildings in the region with total investments up EGP300 million, it will be provided around 5000 direct job opportunities and 12K indirect job opportunities.
The total investment cost for the buildings are EGP300 million, and it is scheduled to provide 5000 indirect job opportunities along with 12K indirect one.
It is scheduled to implement the investment stages and 27 new buildings will be completed, so the number of projects become 38 buildings after continuing the investment stages according to the submitted plan to work with its fully capacity by 2017.
