2 Ministries Ink Protocol to Finalize Integrated Information Systems Project

The Minister of State of Administration Development, Hany Mahmoud and Civil Aviation Minister Abdel Aziz Fadel have signed joint cooperation protocol in order to develop a Center for Citizen Services and to develop and modernize the integrated information systems at the Ministry of Aviation.

The Ministry said the cooperation protocol between the two ministries including the continuation of developing a center for citizen services which affiliated to the Ministry so as to lower the required time to obtain services by simplifying procedures and re-engineering courses for each service.

The Ministry added that it is currently working to allow services through several channels such as internet, mobile phone, call centers which help to reduce overcrowding and facilitation center for citizens and businesses.
