ABA Says EGP855 mln Financing for Egypt’s Micro Projects in 2013

The total granted financing by Alexandria Business Association (ABA) for Small & Micro Enterprise Projects reached EGP855 million at the end of 2013.

Motaz El Tabaa, the Executive Director of ABA has informed Amwal Al Ghad that the association granted more than 312 K loan, so the numbers of customers became 266 K, noting that the portfolio of small and micro projects reached EGP450 million at the end of 2013 due to the payments operations of customers.

ABA renewed the credit facilities with Bank of Alexandria (Bank of Intesa Sanpaolo Group) with EGP95 million along with National bank of Egypt’s facilities (NBE) worth EGP90 million for micro projects.
