Naguib Sawiris Eyes Gold Explorations in Egypt

The Egyptian tycoon and founder of Orascom Group, Naguib Sawiris, is planning to inject huge investments in gold exploration in Egypt, said the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources on Tuesday.

Sawiris met with petroleum officials last week to reveal his plans to invest in mining sector, particularly gold exploration, Al Masry Al Youm newspaper said.
