Eastern Tobacco Inks 5-year Pact to Manufacture GT International Cigarettes

Egypt’s cigarette monopoly Eastern Tobacco (EAST.CA) announced on Thursday it signed a five-year agreement to manufacture various types of GT International cigarettes. The agreement is effective as of May 22, 2014 until May 21, 2019.

According to the Eastern Tobacco’s statement, the agreement is expected to boost the company’s revenues by EGP 17 million annually.
