Unified Licence Will be Launched Next August – NTRA

An official source in the National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) asserted that the actual operation of the unified licence will complete by next August as maximum.

Mobile phone operators finalized reviewing its notices on NTRA and it was fully discussed.

Mobile operators ruled out any changes in the pricing frame of the licence, the source spoke to Amwal Al Ghad.

The pricing frame of licence includes EGP2.5 billion which will bear by Telecom Egypt (ETAL-CA)(TE) for providing mobile phone services without frequencies in addition EGP100 million by mobile operators for providing fixed phone services.
