Egypt’s Housing, 3 Banks Ink Protocol to Finance Two Units

Egyptian Housing Ministry has signed a cooperation protocol with Banque Misr, National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Housing and Development Bank (HDB) in order to finance residential units in Madinaty and Rehab cities that owned by New Urban Communities Authorities (NUCA) through mortgage finance system.

The protocol includes 624 apartments from 58 meter square to 162 meter square the prices are ranging from EGP388.000 to EGP1.138 million.

The booking will continue till August21 and it will open again in September for those who desiring getting residential units via mortgage finance system, with paying 25% of the unit’s value as a deposit to reserve apartment and the rest of price will pay within 3 years.
