Committee to Review Telecom Egypt’s Exit from Vodafone to Commence Next Week

The Committee formed to discuss best means of Telecom Egypt (ETAL-CA)(TE) exit from Vodafone Egypt will commence next week, minister said.

Atef Helmy, Telecommunications Minister, told Alborsa newspaper that all authorities in the committee addressed the ministry of their readiness to start work next week.

It is worth noting that, the ministry formed a committee to discuss TE’s exit from Vodafone, which consists of Defense Ministry, Investment Ministry, Finance Ministry, Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA), and Information and Communication Technology Ministry.
