Egypt to Unveil Details of New Company for IT National Projects by end-December

Egypt’s Ministry of Information and Communication Technology will announce by end of this month details of a new company dedicated to carry out national IT projects in addition to the shareholders’ stakes, official source from the minister said.

In statements to Amwal Al Ghad Arabic Website on Monday, the source said the authorities contributing to the project have formed technical and financial team works responsible for conducting studies to draw a vision for the new company.  After finishing the studies, the team works are set to select an expertise house so as to draw a final vision for the new company.

The new company is expected to post a volume of investments EGP 500 million.
