Egypt’s real estate developer Wadi Degla launches Promenade Maadi

Egypt’s leading property developer, Wadi Degla Holding launches Promenade Maadi with total investments worth 350 million Egyptian pounds ($39 million) located in Zahraa el Maadi, south Cairo.

The company’s Chairman Maged Helmy told Amwal Al Ghad that the new development includes 200 housing spread over 35.000 meter to be implemented over five years.

In addition, it promises its residents an exquisite living experience, featuring a multitude of high end facilities and services with greenery expansion.

Moreover, the project launch came in coincidence with establishing other real estate and touristic projects. In addition, it’s dedicated to the company’s expansion plan, Helmy noted.
