Heliopolis Housing, EGYCO to sign $3.3 mn-contract to develop Maryland

Egypt’s leading construction company, Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development and EGYCO – El Nasr Building & Construction Co. will sign a contract  worth 30 million Egyptian pounds ($3.3 million) to develop 22 feddans acres in Maryland.

Lately, Heliopolis Housing had announced an auction to develop 22 feddans from total 45 feddans

The contracts are estimated to be signed within days so as to execute the development in 4 months.

The company stated in its statement to EGX the other feddans will be announced later in an auction according to its plan.
