Egypt’s construction firm CONSTEC says it plans to finalise a number of housing works in SODIC’s Villette Compound project in Fifth Settlement district in New Cairo within one year.
The housing works will be completed at a cost estimated at 250 million Egyptian pounds ($14.2 million). They include villas and residential units as well as other utilities works.
Talaat Fawzy, CONSTEC’s Managing Director, said Monday that his company also targets achieving business volume of 350 million pounds at the end of 2017.
“We have signed contracts worth 500 million pounds during this year,” Fawzy further added.
