Egypt’s Concept Real Estate to start delivering Siela North Coast in 2019

Egypt’s Concept Real Estate Group announces it plans to start delivering its flagship Siela in North Coast in 2019, with investments totalling 500 million Egyptian pounds ($28.2 million).

The construction works of the project, which is established over ten feddans, will be completely executed at the end of 2018.

Ehab Abou El Magd, Concept’s chairman, said Monday that Siela is to include a fully-fledged service area, aqua park, and waterfalls in addition to some chalets, on various spaces ranging between 50 square metres and 120 square metres.

“We have marketed 80 percent in the first and second phases,” Abou El Magd further stated, adding that the third and final phases are still launched.
