Egypt’s Catalyst Real Estate Consultancy plans to start implementing its medical flagship Ozone in New Cairo within January 2018, chairman Osama Shalaby told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday.
Shalaby added that the project is set to be established over 18,000 square metres, with total investments of 500 million Egyptian pounds ($28.2 million.
“The project will include 650 medical units,” the Egyptian official further said, referring that Catalyst is set to carry out Ozone within a 30-month timeframe.
Catalyst does not market Ozone till now due to the high cost of units, Shalaby stated, adding that his company has signed construction contracts worth around 500 million pounds to execute the flagship.
In addition, Catalyst seeks to complete its current projects and start carrying out a number of new flagships, he noted.
