Egypt’s Housing Ministry will launch 35,016 housing units in 9 new cities among the country’s middle-income residential project Dar Misr within the financial year 2018/2019, said Minister Moustafa Madbouly on Wednesday.
The ministry is to launch 19,848 homes out of the total 35,016 housing units in the nine new cities as part of the third phase of Dar Misr, Madbouly added.
“The project (Dar Misr) is set to include housing units (apartments), with spaces ranging between 100 square metres and 150 square metres,” the Egyptian minister further referred.
