Egypt defence minister flies to France to boost military cooperation
Egypt’s Defence Minister Mohamed Zaki flew to France on Monday morning, heading a top military delegation in an official visit to the European country, a statement by the Egyptian armed forces said.
In an official statement, Egyptian armed forces spokesman Tamer El-Refaie said Zaki will hold talks with top military officials in France to discuss means of boosting joint military cooperation in light of special relations between both countries’ armed forces in various fields.
The meetings will also include discussions on topics of common interest for both countries, both regionally and internationally, as well as developments in the Middle East.
