The United Bank offered cleanliness equipments worth EGP 3 million for cleaning Nasr City and Heliopolis, as part of the national initiative for cleaning the streets in Egypt.
The bank offers support to vital projects which contributes to the development of the society, said Mohamed Ashmawy, chairman of the United Bank.
Abdel Kawy Khalifa, governor of Cairo, said the cleanliness equipments will be used to clean El Hadaba El Wosta in Mokattam after being used in Nasr City and Heliopolis.
In addition, the United Bank also offers technical support and banking solutions to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which work in waste recycling.
The United Bank contributes to projects that achieve sustainable development in the society. The bank has a social responsibility account named Ithar that is offering support to the needed in Egypt.
