Four construction firms have received 700 million Egyptian pounds ($39.1 million) in compensations from four Egyptian governmental entities, an official in the country’s construction federation EFCBC announced on Sunday.
Egypt disbursed 700 million Egyptian pounds ($39.1 million) worth of compensations for four local contractors, an official in the country’s construction federation EFCBC announced on Sunday.
The governmental entities are the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Electricity, General Authority for Educational Buildings, and General Authority for Roads, Bridges and Land Transport, Shams El-Din Youssef, member of the compensations committee at EFCBC.
“Ministry of Housing was the main contributor to the compensations,” the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors’ official said.
at EFCBC, further said Egyptian Ministry of Health, Ministry of Electricity, General Authority for Educational Buildings, and General Authority for Roads, Bridges, and Land Transport have paid the compensations to the four contractors.
