Egypt’s El Attal to invest $455bn in two projects
Egypt’s real estate developer El Attal Holding plans inject investments worth 8 billion Egyptian pounds ($455.6 million) into two projects in New Alamein City and Ain Sokhna, its chairman said on Thursday.
New Alamein City’s project will be built in a space of 50 feddans, with investments of around 5 billion pounds, Ahmed El Attal further added in a press conference.
The project will be launched within the second half of 2020, El Attal referred.
He also said that Ain Sokhna’s project is set to be implemented over 32 feddans, with investments worth 3 billion pounds.
“The launching date of the project has not been set yet,” he said.
