Egypt to deliver 2084 units in New capital next June
The Egyptian Ministry of Housing seeks to deliver 2084 units in the high-end residential community known as “R3″, that has been unveiled last year, next June Khaled Abbas – Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects said.
The ministry also is planning to finish establishing the second and the third district by the end the current year.
He added on the side lines of the first day of Cityscape Egypt Conference that the ministry is currently developing the first phase of the New administrative capital on an area of 40,000 feddans including three residential units, the diplomats district, the Green River, which is meant to mimic the Nile River, and the new government administrative district.
Abbas added that these are large scale projects that require huge injection of investments which which can only be implemented by the State.
