Arab Contractors, Orascom join forces for Egypt’s largest wastewater treatment plant

Egypt’s Orascom Construction (OC) said on Thursday it signed a deal of $739 million with the state-owned construction firm, Arab Contractors to execute the biggest wastewater treatment plant in the country.

The new plant will be operated and maintained within a five-year timeframe, with a capacity of 5,000 million cubic metres.
