Dollar exchange rate continues downward trend at Egypt’s private banks

U.S. dollar exchange rate maintained its downward trend during transactions at Egyptian private banks on Sunday.

The dollar value has dropped about 1.31 pound since the start of the year.

At the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr, the dollar rate stood at 16.54 pounds for buying and 16.64 pounds for selling.

At the Commercial International Bank, the dollar rate went down by two piasters, registering 16.52 pounds for buying and 16.62 pounds for selling.

The dollar price declined by one piaster to register 16.54 pounds for buying and 16.64 pounds for selling at the Arab African International Bank.

The price was stable at the Bank of Alexandria, recording 16.53 pounds for buying and 16.63 pounds for selling.

At the National Bank of Greece, the dollar exchange rate was down by one piaster, registering 16.54 pounds for buying and 16.64 for selling.
