Egypt’s Al-Abd to develop 12 feddans in 6th Oct. City early 2020

Egypt’s construction firm Al-Abd intends to start the development of 12 feddans in Sixth of October City by early 2020, its managing director announced on Thursday.

The company plans to carry out a number of administrative buildings as well as an educational school over the 12 feddans, with expected investments of 1 billion Egyptian pounds ($62.1 million), Said Fattouh told Amwal Al Ghad.

The works are part of Al-Abd’s scheme to increase its assets and boost its investment activity, a move aims to raise its business volume and double its returns, Fattouh said.
