Administrative Court Adjourns Nullifying Second Constiuent Assembly Case Till Oct. 9th

Egypt’s Administrative Judiciary Court adjourned considering the lawsuit that calls for nullifying the second constituent assembly till October 9th, i to submit the documents to the court.
The former presidential candidate, Khaled Ali, has called for rapid adjudication on nullifying the second constituent assembly.
A large number of MB lawyers as well activists attended the hearing. Protests erupted after issuing the decision, and they were waving placards that said “Egypt is MB grave”, “Down To Shawish and Darwish” (down to the military and the religious figures).
The Administrative Judiciary Court has refused the judge recusal that filed by the MB lawyers in 9 lawsuits, and fined them EGP 311 thousands (EGP 32 thousand for each lawsuit).
A number of lawyers and political activists as well citizens filed 9 lawsuits before the Administrative Judiciary Court; calling for canceling the decision of forming the second constituent assembly, because it violates the verdict of canceling the formation of the first constituent assembly for including members of the Upper and Lower Houses; breaching the constitutional declaration issued in 2011.
