Administrative Court Re-operates MOBCO Factory

The Administrative court – headed by councilor Jamal Mohamed – judged of canceling the cabinet’s decision of closing MOBCO factory.

In earlier time, the court formed a technical committee in order to make a decision about MOBCO case; hence the committee assured that the treatment system of MOBCO’s industrial sewage, as well as the current expanding processes depend on globally permitted and applied principals.

It was also proved that the company collects grease, and then gets rid of them through Petro Trade Company.

The court clarified also that MOBCO’s operations does not impose any environmental negative effects, and all of damages that happened to sea creatures is caused mainly by the constant ships traffic in the area, so the court saw that there are no any harm of resuming the factory’s full operations.
